is a 4-month school to call forth and raise intercessors to be set as watchmen that will declare what they see and hear from God with great care — continually standing in position at the watchtower day and night. Interns will attend Saturday morning teaching sessions every week and commit to two hours weekly in the Prayer Room to grow their heart as intercessors, with the goal of strengthening their local church.

What to expect:

• Recorded teaching sessions (15 sessions on Saturday mornings) by Corey Russell, a member of the senior leadership team and a director of the Forerunner Program in IHOP-KC

• Exhortation and encouragement by leaders of PenHOP

• Participate as intercessors at PenHOP’s Tuesday intercession sets

• Small groups for discussions and building an intercessory community

• Book reading and review / weekly assignments

• Interceding for the local church in Penang
